Over the next few weeks, we will be rolling out a new look and feel for the KnowledgeWeb! All your favorite content is still there - Surveys, Successes & Good Ideas (SGIs), Department Profiles, Training webinars, Peer webinars - now in a more modern view, easier to find and navigate.

We will start with our KnowledgeWeb home pages and then roll-out additional pages/views going forward.

This update includes performance enhancements for faster execution time for various tasks; ability to see corporate percentage of cost centers; and batch budget integrator exports. New data includes percentage overtime added to hours comparisons; overtime hours added to crossmaps; and CMI Adjusted Admissions added to the Clinical Peer Group page.

iVantage Performance Manager (iPM) will be unavailable between 5:00 am - 7:00 am, EST, Thursday, December 20 for an update.

All other products - INVISION, iMI, KnowledgeWeb, iRA - will be available during this time.

We are excited to announce our internal beta (testing) release of our new product, Access Analytics. Access Analytics allows you to improve clinic scheduling and patient satisfaction from insights gleaned from reschedule and no-show rates, clinic capacity and time-to-first appointment. Please contact your Client Services Manager if you'd like a demo. Access Analytics will be available to clients in mid-February.

We are installing a new chat/Live Support system on all iVantage products this evening, Friday, November 30 from 9:00 pm to 11:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.

iVantage products will be unavailable between 9:00 pm - 11:00 pm, EST, Friday, November 30.

Our new Live Support system works similarly to our current Live Chat system and will continue to be located in the upper right of the page banners. Although the new chat has a more modern interface and a new logo, you'll find that it functions very much the same way it does now.

Welcome to our newest Performance Manager release!

Release 2.6 Highlights

  • New Landing Page Statistics - The landing page will use the primary statistic from the report (Worked Physician RVUs, for example) instead of the default Adjusted Admissions.

  • ADMIN tab for PCs - Program Coordinators have more access to report production status, ability to view Manual Adjustments, and pose questions to their iVantage team.

  • Notes, Attachments and Line Charts on Playbook - Users can add notes and attach files to their Playbook initiatives. A new line chart depicts realized savings over time.

This update, iPM 2.6, includes:

  • The landing page will use the report's primary statistic instead of AdjAdm (current default)
  • In the ADMIN area, PCs can ask questions in the CrossMaps and navigation to VolStat questions is improved
  • In the Operational report, added SkillMix comparisons by cost center and the ability to select/unselect breakout values in more comparisons
  • In Playbook, notes and files can be attached to initiatives and added a line chart to trend realized savings across initiatives

This update, iPM 2.4, adds specific capabilities for Program Coordinators, including a user statistics area to view user login, PHI access, and page views for their facilities and a Q&A section for data validation questions from Client Services. Other new features include new peer group characteristics, a chart of accounts to show your jobcode to skillmix mappings, messages for what is new/off of your top 10 lists, cost vs. quality trend data points, and crossmap enhancements to flag items with major year over year cost or hour changes, agency, regional, corporate, and open questions. Cost of off-quality and margin views have also been added to the internal Sisters reports. Detailed release notes are available in iVantage Help Desk.

iVantage is committed to continuous improvement of our products based on feedback from our clients as well as changes in the industry. We publish new features and enhancements to you several times per year. We will have a release of enhancements, fixes and new features for iVantage Performance Manager (iPM) this Wednesday, April 25.

The iVantage site will be unavailable between 6:30 am - 8:30 am, EDT on Saturday morning.

iPM users will notice the features and enhancements, however primary methodology and navigation will be very familiar. Please reach out via Live Chat, ClientServices@iVantageHealth.com or 207-518-6702 with questions or suggestions.

This update, iPM 2.3, contains bookmarking functionality, more integration with KnowledgeWeb Successes and content, a new data submission portal, cost center level analytics and more. Detailed release notes will be available in the iVantage Help Desk on or before Friday afternoon.

We are excited to bring these enhancements to you, particularly as many were suggested by you! We’re looking forward to unveiling more enhancements in all iVantage products throughout 2018!

Join the Knowledge Communities (KCs) that interest you and get those initiatives delivered directly to your mailbox. We have over 150 KCs to choose from and if you don't see one that interests you, let us know!

Manage your Knowledge Community memberships here. Click this link and then login to go directly to the KC management page. You are welcome to join as many as you'd like; we recommend no more than five.

Program Coordinator Name Change - March 15

We continuously add new features and enhancements to our products. Our next software release on Thursday, March 15 includes a nomenclature change we wanted to apprise you of beforehand!

Program Coordinators (PCs) have access to our User Management Area and can edit/add/delete users within their assigned facilities. We are changing the name to Permissions Manager to more accurately reflect the responsibilities of the role.

Current PCs will automatically become Permissions Managers when the new software is released. From now on, when you request a product or permission change in your account, we'll be checking with your Permissions Manager!

We will have a release of enhancements, fixes and features for our new platform, iVantage Performance Management (iPM) this Thursday, January 25 at 6:00 am Eastern. **The iVantage site will be unavailable between 6:00 am - 8:00 a.m. ET.

iPM users will notice the features and enhancements, however primary methodology and navigation will be very familiar. Please reach out via Live Chat, ClientServices@iVantageHealth.com or 207-518-6702 with questions or suggestions.

This update, iPM 2.2, contains a more robust Playbook product; enhanced APR DRG reports; Physician Enterprise reports (formerly POPM); component exports and standard wage adjustments for “S” reports; enhancements to PayMix and SkillMix; links to Department Profiles in Next Steps and a new PHI default setting. Detailed release notes will be available in the iVantage Help Desk on Friday afternoon.

We are excited to bring these enhancements to you, particularly as many were suggested by you! We’re looking forward to demonstrating more enhancements and new platforms in our other products – INFORM/KnowledgeWeb, INVISION/Market Intelligence and INCONTROL/Revenue Analyzer - throughout 2018!

Scheduled Maintenance - Sunday, January 14 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time

We will be updating our data center servers this Sunday, January 14 to yield enhanced security and performance (speed and connections) for your iVantage products. The rapid pace of technology improvements and security enhancements means we must update our infrastructure continuously to deliver a superior and secure user experience.

While we perform this maintenance, the iVantage site will be unavailable on Sunday, January 14 from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST. Previously we had scheduled a three hour service window, but our IT service providers strongly recommend the longer time frame to ensure stability & security. We apologize for the inconvenience.

What's a SGI?

Hosted in INFORM KnowledgeWeb, these abstracts along with collateral material such as checklists and presentations, enable iVantage peers to learn from and share with one another.
